Electrical Engineering

Requirements for prospective students

Applicants should be interested in electrical engineering, electronics and microcomputers as well as in economics. They must be willing to go through the three years of study in a determined and dedicaded way. The ability to work in a team, communication and flexibility are important skills when working on projects with other specialists.

Possible occupations after graduation

The students of electrical engineering have excellent career prospects. They can work in companies active in the fields of computer technology, measuring and control technology, test engineering, electro-technology or telecommunication engineering and microelectronics, in the automotive industry and its supply industry as well as in air and space travel.
Those who want to take up a postgraduate course have the option of specializing in the areas of automation technology and electrical engineering at universities and polytechnics.
The training companies also enjoy advantages. They have the option of keeping the students in their companies after graduation. This way the companies can train students geared to the special needs of the company and they get highly qualified and extremely motivated employees.
