The company during the period of 'Planed Economy' in the Socialism from 1945 to 1989

After World War II the company developed considerably not to the biggest of the country but to an up to date one with high productivity und flexibility. It is worth to mention, that the technology of car body manufacturing was licensed to a large Franc company and it was employed there with much success.

It was special for the large national owned companies, that a lot of organisations and institutions - never needed for the company's production tasks - were ran by them. There were a number of political organisations of this kind but some service-providers for the staff too, available during normal working time, mostly free of charge.
